Returns and Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order is placed.
We do not accept cancellations.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Herbs
  • Oils
  • Body essentials (sprays, lotions, balms, etc.)
  • Clothing
  • Earrings
  • Calendars
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Handmade or custom orders
  • Edibles, snacks, or consumable products

Authorized Returns (Limited Cases Only)

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and only in limited circumstances.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request approval.

If approved:

  • Items must be returned within 7 business days
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs

Refunds

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds apply to the purchase price only and do not include:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Insurance fees

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return an item (with authorization) and place a new order.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, Hula Moon Conjure is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Monitoring tracking and delivery status

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued minus applicable fees and shipping costs

International Orders

All international sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international shipments.
